Terms & Conditions
Booking with Britannia Hotels you will be accepting the following terms and conditions:
Prepaid Rate Bookings
- A credit/debit card is required at the time of booking.
- Bookings made on a Prepaid rate are charged at the time of booking, and are non-refundable.
- A £15 amendment fee will be charged for each reservation, should you wish to make any changes.
- All taxes are included in the price.
- All cars are parked at the owner's risk.
Flexible Rate Bookings
- A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room.
- The credit card will not be debited unless you fail to arrive.
- You will be asked for a credit card upon arrival at the hotel.
- The card will be authorised but not charged at that time.
- Payment for your stay will be made upon departure.
- If you wish to pre pay or pay by any other means please contact the reservations office at the hotel of your choice.
- You may cancel your reservation up to 2.00pm local hotel time on the day prior to arrival without any financial penalty.
- All taxes are included in the price.
- All cars are parked at the owner's risk.
Seaside Hotels
Bookings made for our Seaside Hotels may require pre-payment in full, 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- 8 weeks prior to arrival loss of Deposit
- 3-8 Weeks is 50% loss of total amount due
- 0-3 weeks full amount is non-refundable.
Promotions
We may send you news and information electronically with details of special offers and promotions. An unsubscribe link will be featured on each message we sent to you, should you no longer wish to receive these emails, alternatively you may send a blank email to unsubscribe@britanniahotels.com
