1 About These Terms and Conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions are supplemental to your booking confirmation and booking terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.britanniahotels.com/terms-conditions and anything else we confirm to you in writing.
1.2 The definitions used in the booking terms and conditions will apply to these terms and conditions.
2 All-Inclusive Days and Times
2.1 The all-inclusive package runs for either 5 nights or 4 nights depending on your booking.
2.1.1 The 5-night package runs from Sunday to Friday.
2.1.2 The 4-night package runs from Monday to Friday.
2.2 The all-inclusive package will operate between:
2.2.1 3pm and midnight on Sunday and 11:30am and midnight on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday if you have booked the 5-night package;
2.2.2 3pm and midnight on Monday and 11:30am and midnight on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday if you have booked the 4-night package.
2.3 Any food or drinks ordered outside of these times will be subject to charges.
2.4 All times stated in these terms and conditions are subject to change.
3 Drinks
3.1 A selection of beers, house wines, house spirits and soft drinks which are available in the bar and restaurant are included in the all-inclusive package. Please ask staff for a list of the available drinks that day.
3.2 We reserve the right to remove any drink from the all-inclusive package at any time.
3.3 We reserve the right to determine which selected drinks are part of the all-inclusive package.
3.4 The drinks will be served in the following measurements:
3.4.1 Draught Beer – ½ Pint and Pint
3.4.2 Bottled Alcoholic and Soft Drinks – Varies depending on drink
3.4.3 Wine – 125ml
3.4.4 Spirits – 25ml
3.4.5 Draught Soft Drinks – ½ Pint and Pint
3.5 Bottles of wine and spirits are excluded from the all-inclusive promotion.
3.6 You can only order one drink at a time and each individual guest must order their own drink or as we see as suitable.
3.7 You must drink alcohol responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse to serve any alcoholic drinks should we believe that you are intoxicated or abusing the all-inclusive package. Soft drinks shall still be available in the package.
3.8 Drinks are provided on a first come first served basis and in the event a drink is no longer in stock, it will be removed from the all-inclusive package until it is back in stock. If a drink is out of stock, no refund or compensation will be provided.
3.9 Drinks are not included in the all-inclusive package on the day of your departure.
4 Food
4.1 We may allocate you a time to receive your breakfast meal which is allocated in the all-inclusive package.
4.2 We may allocate you a time to receive your lunch meal which is allocated in the all-inclusive package. We may offer afternoon tea instead of lunch during your stay.
4.3 We may allocate you a time to receive your evening meal which is allocated in the all-inclusive package.
4.4 If you miss any meal, you are unable to swap for an alternative and no refund or compensation will be provided.
4.5 Bar snacks are not included in the all-inclusive package.
5 Entertainment
5.1 Entertainment may be provided during your stay. The entertainment provided will be on a first come first served basis and will vary on each day. Please ask the hotel for details of what entertainment is scheduled. All entertainment is subject to availability and may be altered or cancelled at short notice.
5.2 Should any entertainment not be available for any reason, no compensation or refund will be given to you.
