Coventry Gym

Our changing rooms are currently undergoing refurbishments, so unfortunately we will not be able to have any non-members in the Leisure Club. The swimming pool will also be closed from Sunday 7th June to Monday 15th June 2026. Apologies for any inconvenience.

When it’s time to unwind, our Coventry Gym offers a wide variety of facilities to help reduce stress, calm the mind and improve health and fitness. Our Spindles Health and Leisure Club is the perfect place to burn those calories in the gym, relax in the heated indoor pool or if you want to pamper yourself, we have beauty treatments available to help you completely de-stress. We also offer excellent value memberships if you’re looking for an affordable leisure club in Coventry.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All children under 16 years are only permitted to use the pool from 10am-6pm and must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 years are not permitted to use the pool. Children are not permitted in the gym. Pamper Break treatment discounts are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Monday – Friday: 7:30am-8:30pm (Last entry 7:30pm)
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am-7:00pm (Last entry 6:00pm
Swimming times with children: 10:00am-6:00pm (Last entry 5:00pm)

Guests must vacate the facilities 30 minutes before closing. During Bank Holidays we may operate reduced opening hours. Please check on the health club notice boards at our hotel or contact us prior to attending. We look forward to welcoming guests and members to our Coventry Gym.
