The Royal Hotel Hull offers total flexibility in planning and budgeting for any conference or corporate event.

We cater for events with up to 450 guests, and offer rooms suitable for all the common layouts, such as U-shape, theatre, classroom, boardroom, cabaret and receptions. Our largest function suites are ideal to host conferences, training days, exhibitions and active away days.

We ensure that our business services and conference facilities meet the highest expectations. We will set up any meeting room to meet our guests' exact specifications, and offer a range of equipment for hire. We would be more than happy to accommodate all of our guests' conference needs, and make sure their demands are met.

Conference and Meeting Packages

To make planning any event an even easier process, we have created a bespoke day delegate package which includes all the basic requirements for a successful event.

To go along with our day delegate package, we have also created a 24 hour package, which will include our day delegate rate along with overnight accommodation and dinner.

One point of contact

A dedicated conference and meetings organiser will act as the single point of contact for our corporate guests, and take all the hassle and work off their hands. They will discuss all arrangements with our clients and make sure that everything they are looking for is provided before, during and after the event – including essentials like travel details for conference delegates, equipment, food and refreshments.

Business Services

We are able to offer a fully comprehensive range of business service facilities including photocopying, fax and secretarial service. Additional services such as registration of conference delegates can also be provided.*
