Norbreck is the North West's largest integrated hotel, conference and exhibition centre. We offer conference facilities for a wide range of events including training courses, conferences and private dinner parties. We have a large variety of function rooms and the largest, The Norcalympia, can hold up to 4000 people and is suitable for very large events. We have a slightly smaller facility called The Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 600 people, as well as six small suites which can hold up to 220 people.
Personalised Conference Packages
We have specialist conference and banqueting co-ordinators, who work as events managers. It is their job to ensure a client’s brief is fully understood and to liaise closely with them in order to meet their specified requirements.
Wireless internet is available in all the function rooms and most public areas, allowing guests to check their emails whilst having a break.
The Norcalympia Conference and Banqueting Centre offers over 2000 square meters of uninterrupted function and exhibition space. This unique facility has played host to major exhibitions, product launches and large scale conferences, as well as social gatherings, sporting events and televised productions. It boasts no load bearing restrictions and has full vehicular access, including for large lorries.
It can be used as a stand-alone facility with its own catering, toilets, bars and separate foyer and entrance, or in conjunction with the other conference and banqueting facilities at the hotel.
The centre can meet any technical requirements, including PA Systems, state of the art LED lighting rig, full exhibition style power supplies, portable staging units, large projection screens and projectors and on-site AV technicians. Mechanical handling and access equipment is also available on request.
