Aberdeen has plenty of attractions to keep visitors busy. From historic castles to discovering some of the world’s finest Whisky distilleries, there are plenty of activities appealing to local residents and new visitors alike.

The city has some of the most impressive and historically important castles in the entire UK. Duff House, Castle Fraser, Craigievar Castle and the world famous Balmoral Castle are all must see places to visit.

Golfing enthusiasts will enjoy playing at some world class courses – Royal Aberdeen Golf Club is highly recommended, but for those on a tighter budget the three municipal courses will surely test their golfing skills. There are also many family attractions in Aberdeen to enjoy, including Aberdeen Cruises, The Alford Valley Railway and The Codona Amusement Park.
