Wedding FAQs

Can we throw confetti?

We allow biodegradable confetti outside of the building only. The throwing of confetti is not permitted indoors.

Can we use candles?

Candles used on the day must be in a container that covers the flame. Candelabras are allowed but with a led candle.

When does the bar close?

The bar will close at midnight but if you wish for a later 1am bar close, this will carry a charge of £75.00.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is 3pm and check our is 11am.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served 7am - 9am, Monday - Friday and 8am - 10am on Saturday and Sunday.

Is parking free?

Parking is free to wedding and hotel guests. To avoid charges, please ensure that you enter your registration in the main reception.

How many people can we seat around a table?

We can seat up to 10 guests around one table. Your top table can vary depending on how many guests you wish to seat.

How do we provide our own wedding music?

You will have access to a wireless speaker that can be connected to a phone throughout the ceremony. We do ask, if you can, to nominate one of your guests to control this. A team member will give guidance on this.

Are the couple included in the package numbers?

Yes. Please include yourselves in your package numbers.

When can I bring my wedding cake?

Your wedding cake can be brought along the day before, however we do prefer your cake to be delivered the morning of your wedding.

Do you provide a cake stand and knife?

We provide a silver round cake stand or silver square cake stand and a knife to use on your wedding day.

Who is my contact on the day?

You will be assigned a member of our wedding operations team who will guide you through your day.

Do you provide a toast master?

If required, a member of our wedding operations team will act as your toast master.

What age do you class as children?

We class under 12's as children. Any age above this is charged an adult price.

I have a guest with dietary requirements, what do I do?

Please let your wedding co-ordinator know of any dietary requirements prior to your day.
