There is a wide range of function rooms available ranging from The Norcalympia holding up to 4,000 people suitable for larger events, The Ballroom Holding up to 600 and another six rooms capable of holding up to 220.

The Norcalympia
The Norcalympia Conference & Banqueting Centre, offers over 2000 sqm of uninterrupted function & exhibition space. This unique facility has played host to major exhibitions, product launches, large scale conferences and social gatherings, sporting events and televised productions.
Norcalympia boasts no load bearing restrictions and has full vehicular access for Offering extremely attractive rates, with even the largest lorries.
Norcalympia can be used as a stand alone facility with its own catering, toilets, bars and seperate foyer and entrance, or in conjunction with the other hotels conference and banqueting facilities.
The centre is fully serviced to meet all your technical requirements including PA Systems, full intelligent state of the art LED lighting rig, full exhibition style power supplies, portable staging units, large projection screens and projectors, on-site AV technicians, also mechanical handling and access equipment is available on request.
Wireless internet is available in all the function rooms and most public areas, this coupled with numerous lounge areas is perfect for delegates to check their emails and relax with a drink when not in their event.

We believe that successful conferences require close attention to detail, for this reason, from our first contact with us, you will be appointed a professional Conference & Banqueting Co-ordinator as your personal event manager. It is their job to ensure that your brief is fully understood and to liaise closely with you in order that your requirements are met in full.
