From Bus Station
At Newcastle central bus terminal, walk north up St. James' Boulevard until you come to a main junction with traffic lights. Here, turn right onto Westmorland Road, and go straight ahead for about 10 minutes until you reach the train station. At the station you can catch a metro direct to the airport terminal, which takes about 25 minutes. The terminal is 300 yards from the Britannia Newcastle Airport hotel, directly across the car park. Alternatively, there is a taxi rank outside the bus terminal.
From Train Station

From the Motorway
North & South
From the A1(M), follow signs for Newcastle Airport. Join the A696 (signposted Airport) until you approach a roundabout. Turn right into the Airport Terminal, turn left at the 1st roundabout in the Airport grounds. The hotel is located on your left hand side, opposite the terminal building & short stay car park.
West
From the A69 join the A1 (M). Follow signs for Newcastle Airport. Join the A696, signposted Airport until you approach a roundabout. Turn right into the Airport Terminal, turn left at the one way roundabout in the Airport grounds. This Britannia Newcastle hotel is located on your left hand side, opposite the Terminal building.
From the Airport Terminal
Exit the terminal building & walk direct across the airports main car park. The Hotel entrance is situated next to the shell garage
