Between the 15th April and 18th June 2018 there will be traffic disruption caused by Bath Road (the main road outside the hotel) becoming one way due to road works. Opened on Queen Victoria’s coronation day in June 1838, The Royal Bath Hotel was the first hotel in Bournemouth and embodies the finest traditions of first class comfort and hospitality, so naturally it has a fantastic position on the sea front. Nestled in secluded grounds, with outstanding views across the bay, this classically styled hotel is one of a kind.

For guests looking to make the most of their visit to Bournemouth, the hotel is ideally positioned for visiting many of the varied attractions on offer, whilst offering a more peaceful opportunity to walk along its lovely promenade, taking in the sea air.

Dining at the Royal Bath Hotel will leave guests spoilt for choice. They can enjoy the tranquil atmosphere in Oscar’s Brasserie, named after regular guest Oscar Wilde, relax in the lounge bar and enjoy a drink and a light meal at lunch time, or visit Café Promenade for a delicious bite to eat. The hotel also offers fantastic views overthe Poole Bay.

Guests will also be able to utilise the Royal Bath Hotel's Health & Leisure Club, where they can enjoy a luxurious spa treatment and leisurely swim, before unwinding in the steam room. For those wanting to keep in shape, our gym is equipped with the latest cardiovascular machines. It is £4 per day for adults and under 16s free. There are also child friendly swim times.
