We have a number of measures in place to ensure you can stay safely with us:
- Free Cancellation - Our 'Pay on Stay' rates can be cancelled up until 2pm on the day of arrival giving you complete flexibility
- Enhanced Cleaning - Earlier this year we introduced our 'Stay Safe, Stay Britannia' scheme, this includes a number of measures to keep you safe during your stay including enhancing cleaning and complimentary hand sanitiser.
- Social Distancing - Our hotels are Covid secure with social distancing in place to keep both guests and staff safe

When making a reservation at any of our hotels, please ensure that you are complying with national as well as local government guidelines of the destination. This can include but is not limited to restrictions on maximum group sizes, mixing of households and the purpose of your stay.
