Stays Over Christmas Period 23rd - 27th December

After the release of the government’s Christmas guidance, we can confirm our hotels in all tiers will be open for stays between the 23rd - 27th of December to support guests travelling to visit members of their Christmas bubble.

This means you can book for the 23rd, 24th, 25th & 26th at any of our hotels when travelling to spend time with loved ones.

Available hotels after lockdown - Updated 27th November

After lockdown England is returning to a tiered system, in this system hotel stays are allowed for leisure purposes in tiers 1 & 2. Unfortunately hotels in tier 3 are only available for Key Workers & essential stays.

This list shows which hotels will be in a tier 1/2 area in England and will be available for leisure stays from 2nd December onwards:

During the National Lockdown, our hotels are unable to accept bookings for leisure purposes.
We are still able to accept Key Workers and Essential Stays.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you have made a prepaid, non-refundable reservation and are unable to attend the hotel, we can move your reservation to a future date. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund on your reservation. If you have any questions, please email cchelp@britanniahotels.com

Safety First

The health and safety of our guests and our staff working throughout the company is paramount to us. We have been closely monitoring the guidance issued by the Government, World Health Organisation, Public Health England as well as national health organisations. We are following this guidance where appropriate as well as taking preventative actions in our hotels and offices. Examples of this include:

  • Hand sanitiser is widely available throughout our properties with additional signage encouraging its effective use
  • Increased focus on cleaning across all of our properties
  • Ensuring that we are prepared for unexpected eventualities

Advice for Guests

If prior to travelling you begin to feel ill or you have been in close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), or you live with someone who is self-isolating please follow the advice on the NHS website and contact us before travelling. Should you begin to feel ill while staying in one of our hotels and you have any of the symptoms listed on the NHS, World Health Organisation and/or Public Health England websites please call reception immediately and avoid contact with other guests and staff members.
