We are all facing a period of uncertainty due to the impacts of COVID-19, this page is here to provide a source of information for people who have already made bookings with us or are considering doing so.

When making a reservation at any of our hotels, please ensure that you are complying with national as well as local government guidelines of the destination. This can include but is not limited to restrictions on maximum group sizes, mixing of households and the purpose of your stay.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you have made a prepaid, non-refundable reservation and are unable to attend the hotel, we can move your reservation to a future date. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund on your reservation. If you have any questions, please email cchelp@britanniahotels.com

Safety First

The health and safety of our guests and our staff working throughout the company is paramount to us. We have been closely monitoring the guidance issued by the Government, World Health Organisation, Public Health England as well as national health organisations. We are following this guidance where appropriate as well as taking preventative actions in our hotels and offices. Examples of this include:

  • Enhanced cleaning routines to ensure all bedrooms are freshly sanitised for each new guest
  • Hand sanitiser is widely available throughout our properties with additional signage encouraging its effective use
  • Increased focus on cleaning across all of our properties
  • Ensuring that we are prepared for unexpected eventualities

Advice for Guests

If prior to travelling you begin to feel ill or you have been in close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), or you live with someone who is self-isolating please follow the advice on the NHS website and contact us before travelling. Should you begin to feel ill while staying in one of our hotels and you have any of the symptoms listed on the NHS, World Health Organisation and/or Public Health England websites please call reception immediately and avoid contact with other guests and staff members.
