Our online hotel booking system is secure and your credit card information will be encrypted.

When you click on a 'Prices & Booking' tab on any of the hotels to check availability or to make your hotel booking, you will see a padlock appear in the bottom left hand of the browser window which pops up. Depending on your computer set up, you may also see a box which appears on your screen alerting you that you will be viewing pages over a secure connection.

If you click on the padlock on the hotel booking page which pops up, you will see the details of the Security Certificate for the booking system.

Privacy

To protect your privacy Britannia Hotels employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts information before it is sent over the Internet. Any information provided during the booking process is protected by this encryption. Personal information collected during the booking process will not be shared with any third party.

Any data we collect from a form you submit to our site will not be shared with third parties.

We would like to keep you informed of our latest news and special offers and may send you these electronically. When registering for marketing emails we will collect some mandatory information including: Title, First Name, Last Name and your Email Address. You may also be asked to provide other information regarding your subscription preferences. We will also collect data when you make a booking on our website.

Our marketing emails will include details of our latest offers and may be personalised based on the data we collect about you.

All information we collect will be stored on secure servers. No information we collect will be shared with 3rd party companies.

Britannia Hotels Group will process personal data for the duration of your booking process and stay and/or employment. and will store the personal data for up to 7 years dependent on financial transactions.

- We use Google Analytics cookies to be able to measure and track the usage of our website. This helps us to identify areas for improvement. We also want to track how many of our visitors make bookings, which helps us to make business forecasts and decisions.
