Our online hotel booking system is secure and your credit card information will be encrypted.

When you click on a 'Prices & Booking' tab on any of the hotels to check availability or to make your hotel booking, you will see a padlock appear in the bottom left hand of the browser window which pops up. Depending on your computer set up, you may also see a box which appears on your screen alerting you that you will be viewing pages over a secure connection.

If you click on the padlock on the hotel booking page which pops up, you will see the details of the Security Certificate for the booking system.

To protect your privacy Britannia Hotels employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts information before it is sent over the Internet.  Any information provided during the booking process is protected by this encryption.  Personal information collected during the booking process will not be shared with any third party.

Any data we collect from a form you submit to our site will not be shared with third parties.
