Take a dip in the 15m indoor heated swimming pool. Relax in our spa pool, or simply take it easy in the cloud steam room. If you enjoy a more strenuous workout, our fully equipped gymnasium offers a range of equipment to suit both aerobic and anaerobic exercise. With trained professionals on hand to guide you, Spindles offers you the chance to keep fit, relax and socialise. Please enquire at the reception if you're interested in joining one of our fitness classes during your stay.

Saturday: 7.30am - 9.00pm
Sunday: 8.00am - 9.00pm
The Salon is open Monday - Sunday. We have no late nights available.
Prices
Per Session:- £12.50 for an adult and £5.00 for a child.
Towels are available for hire at a cost of £1.00.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted in the gymnasium.
Memberships & Pricing
The Health & Leisure Club at the Daresbury Park Hotel is open to hotel guests and memberships are available to local residents.
