The Britannia Hotel offers flexibility and high-tech facilities that are ideal for training courses and conferences. There is a choice of spacious rooms that are available for board meetings/presentations or larger Conference or Meeting. Our dedicated conference team take all aspects of your conference into consideration, to ensure that the event is a complete success. We offer day delegate rates to include the main conference room hire, OHP, screen, flipchart, morning and afternoon coffee with biscuits, sit down buffet lunch, pens, paper, mints and mineral water. Our 24 hour delegate rate includes everything the day delegate package offers but in addition a three course dinner in the evening, overnight accommodation plus a full English breakfast.
Exhibition
Britannia Manchester has first class facilities to make your event a success. We have a large spacious room, The Crystal Suite that can exhibit 14 individual displays and has the added benefit of natural lighting, this would be our choice of room. Our main hotel reception area and Cromptons residential lounge are ideal for maximising displays. Our dedicated events team are on hand within the hotel to assist you in planning your event, and can advise you on the best layout for your event, helping to ensure that it is a complete success.
Social Venue
Looking to book a special event, maybe a Birthday, Christening, Dinner Dance or Wedding and is celebrated in style at Britannia Manchester. From Valentines to Mothers Day, company reunions to christenings, we can offer an array of events to make each occasion a memorable one. With dinner dances, and romantic meals, there are many options available.
We can
advise on a variety of entertainment from DJ's to live bands or
themed evenings from casinos to school discos or Mexican
nights!
A three-course dinner menu starts from £19.00. We are happy
to discuss menu choices to suit the event requirements or
theme.
Evening finger buffets start from £14.00 per person. A room
hire charge is applicable for numbers less than 100.
Students can celebrate end of term for a special offer of
£26.50. The package includes three course dinner and ½
bottle of wine per person. For parties over 100 there is also a
free DJ, complimentary room hire and a free case of wine for the
organiser.
Our private festive function package starts from £20.95 per
person for a traditional Christmas dinner or festive Christmas
buffet. The package also includes meal or buffet; ½ bottle
wine per person; party hats and novelties. For parties over 100 we
offer a free DJ, no room hire and a free case of wine for the
organiser.
