Britannia Hotels are seeking an experienced Architect to join our small in-house design team based at our Head Office in South Manchester.
As the Architect, you will be closely involved in all aspects of Hotel new-build, conversion and refurbishment, residential housing and apartments, and other project work, from conception to completion.
The successful candidate will be skilled in AutoCAD and have a good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations. You will have a focused approach to your work, with the ability to produce practical design solutions in an efficient manner, ensuring that we consistently meet project requirements and tight deadlines.
