When it’s time to unwind, our Coventry Gym & Spa offers a wide variety of facilities to help reduce stress, calm the mind and improve health and fitness. Our Spindles Health and Leisure Club is the perfect place to burn those calories in the gym, relax in the heated indoor pool or if you want to pamper yourself, we have beauty treatments available to help you completely de-stress. We also offer excellent value memberships if you’re looking for an affordable leisure club in Coventry.

• Monday – Friday: 8:00am-8:00pm (Last entry 7:00pm)
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am-6:00pm (Last entry 5:00pm)

1. Adult £4 per session
2. Child £2 per session
3. Gold Card (week pass) – adult £10
4. Gold Card (week pass) – child £5
5. Towel hire £1

Memberships

We offer great value memberships starting from just £24 per month paid by direct debit. Members can use our gym to keep fit and even enjoy a leisurely swim in our heated indoor pool.
