Folkestone Gym & Spa

Our Folkestone gym and spa facilities offer a wide choice of activities for our guests to enjoy. Residents can relax in our indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, or have a more strenuous workout in our fully equipped gym. We also have fully trained professionals on hand to help and assist guests during their workout. Our gym facility is adult only between the hours of 12.30-14.00 every day.

Spindles Folkestone Health Club & Gym is well equipped with the latest facilities, including:

• 12m x 6m heated swimming pool (with baby area)
• Fully equipped gym inc. Cardio and resistance equipment. (over 16's)
• Two tier sauna. (Over 16's)
• Changing facilitates with lockers, W.C. and showers.

Children under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult (16 years or over) in the pool at all times. Ratio; one adult - two under 16's. You can find a full list of the clubs terms and conditions at the Leisure reception desk. 

Please note: Swim classes are held in the pool at various times during the week, at these times the pool will be closed however you can still use the gym and sauna. Please check our timetable on our Facebook page (details below) or at the Leisure reception.

We may operate reduced opening hours during Bank Holidays so please check on the club notice board at the hotel.
