      in Wolverhampton

Wolverhampton is growing as a hub for artists and creators. Located just 1 minute away from The Britannia Wolverhampton Hotel is The Grand Theatre. Admired by performers and audiences alike, this intimate three-tiered Victorian auditorium receives major touring productions, including drama, musicals, ballet, opera and some of the biggest pantomimes in the UK.

Further afield is Bantock House Museum. Restored back to its Edwardian glory, Bantock House is a hidden treasure set within 43 acres of parkland and surrounded by formal gardens. If you like this, you may also be interested in St Peter's Collegiate Church, located on both the highest and oldest developed site in Wolverhampton.

Fun for all the family, Wolf Mountain climbing and caving centre is perfect! Take part in a choice of rope climbing, bouldering, abseiling, lead climbing walls, canoeing and more. This is one of the few centres in the country where you can enjoy an indoor caving experience.

Remember Wacky Warehouse? Bring out your inner child and go wild! The Wacky Warehouse at the Rock Hotel has plenty of colourful adventure play equipment crammed into a climbing maze. It is guaranteed to entertain the kids whilst allowing the adults to enjoy a well-deserved meal.

      Light House Media Centre

The Chubb Buildings, Fryer St, Wolverhampton, WV1 1HT
Unique to Wolverhampton, the Light House Media Centre project includes an arts centre, galleries (staging contemporary art exhibitions), Lock Works Cafe, art house cinema and media reference library. So whether you want to come and watch an independent film or have some evening supper, this media centre has lots to offer and will provide you with a cultured experience.

      Wightwick Manor and Gardens

      Wightwick Bank, Wolverhampton WV6 8EE
Wightwick Manor is a Victorian manor house and one of the only few surviving examples of a house built and furnished under the influence of the Arts and Crafts movement. The house was taken on by The National Trust even though it was only 50 years old at the time, so now you can be teleported into the past with a visit to this ever-changing family home, which has become the world’s most unlikely art gallery. Everybody is welcome!
