We have included this wine tasting course in a 2 night weekend break at Bosworth Hall, so you don't need to worry about getting home on Saturday having sampled so many different wines!
Located in Market Bosworth, the Bosworth Hall Hotel is an impressive Grade II listed mansion which dates back to the 17th Century. Set in the beautiful English Countryside within 11 acres of its own breathtaking grounds, this Hotel offers the perfect countryside retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The wine tasting course is being run by Wine Specialists ThirtyFifty (International Wine Educator of the Year 2008), chosen for their engaging and informative style. ThirtyFifty have selected a range of wines from around the world for you to sample and enjoy.
One Day Wine Course
This course is an excellent boot camp for wine. Whether you are a novice or an enthusiastic amateur, you will learn to taste wine like a pro, identify styles of wines you like and how to change the wines you don't like. Throughout the day, you will taste 18 wines including three matched to your buffet lunch, learn how to value wines by tasting them. Which wines to age and why, as well as tasting a range of wines including sparkling wines and dessert wines from all over the world. Plus much much more.
Introduction to Wine Tasting
Due to popular demand we have put together an all new day of wine tasting. Perfect for complete novices or those who have already been to the One Day wine Course. The focus is very much on understanding why you like wines. We explain the mysterious art of wine and food matching as well as dealing with wine waiters and other restaurant tips - is the wine served in good condition and how to fix most faulty wines! As well as much more. Over the course of the day you will taste 18 wines from around the world and break for a buffet lunch with matching wines.
