The Hotel offers first class facilities whether attending a training course, conference, or private dinner party. There is a wide range of function rooms available ranging from the most spacious room accommodates 400 delegates theatre style and 250 for a dinner dance.
We have rooms suited to any layout, catering for a main presentation, to smaller 1:1 interviews. Our dedicated conference team take all aspects of your conference into consideration, to ensure that the event is a complete success.
Exhibition
Britannia Newcastle Airport has the facilities to make your event a unique experience. Whatever the size of your event, we have the capacity to suit your needs. The Castellan Suite is 359sqm and can divide into 2 sections, the larger section being 215sqm and the smaller area 144sqm.
Adjacent to the Castellan Suite is the Wansbeck with a total area of 161sqm with all audio and visual needs catered for. All rooms are easily accessible for all delegates, especially for disabled guests.

for your event, helping to ensure that it is a complete
success.

From Valentines to Mothers Day, company reunions to christenings, we can offer an array of events to make each occasion a memorable one. With dinner dances, and romantic meals, there are many options available.

Below are the Conference rates, they are strictly to availability and include service and V.A.T. Rates apply to a minimum of 10 delegates only.
