The Hotel offers first class Newcastle Conference Facilities whether attending a training course, conference, or private dinner party. There is a wide range of function rooms available ranging from the most spacious room accommodates 400 delegates theatre style and 250 for a dinner dance.
We have rooms suited to any layout, catering for a main presentation, to smaller 1:1 interviews. Our dedicated conference team take all aspects of your conference into consideration, to ensure that the event is a complete success.
Britannia Newcastle Airport has the facilities to make your event a unique experience. Whatever the size of your event, we have the capacity to suit your needs. The Castellan Suite is 359sqm and can divide into 2 sections, the larger section being 215sqm and the smaller area 144sqm.
Adjacent to the Castellan Suite is the Wansbeck with a total area of 161sqm with all audio and visual needs catered for. All rooms are easily accessible for all delegates, especially for disabled guests.
Our experienced events team are on hand within the hotel to assist you in planning your event, and can advise you on the best layout for your event, helping to ensure that it is a complete success.
