At the end of the M Motorway, proceed onto A5103 (Princess Park Way). Continue for approximately 3 Miles to city centre. At the Royal Brewery, turn right. After approximately one mile turn right (Immediately after the Palace theatre) onto Portland St. & ultimately onto Newton St., where you turn left after the second set of traffic lights onto Hilton St., across the junction and turn left after the first set of traffic lights onto Tib Street. From Leeds
At the end of the Motorway take 2nd exit off the roundabout, take junction 18 (Middleton Road A576) Drive two miles and turn left at the half way house pub onto Cheetham Hill Road (A655).
