Along with the above room sizes and capacities, to make things easier, we have put together a description of the more popular rooms.
The Boardroom
This is the smallest function room and can seat 10 people in a Boardroom style set up. It is located on the Ground Floor of the hotel and have natural daylight and windows, but no air conditioning. There is level access into the function room.
St John's Suite
This room can seat a maximum of 40 delegates Threatre style and 26 in a Boardroom style set up. This room is also located on the Ground floor of the hotel and is situated next to the Boardroom. It has windows and an external door with natural daylight, but no air conditioning. There is level access into the function room.
The Kenwood Suite
This can seat a maximum of 300 delegates Threatre style and 120 Cabaret style. It is ideal for large dinner parties and wedding receptions. This room can seat 200 people around round tables without a dance floor for a sit down meal. With a dance floor, it can seat 180 people for a sit down meal and 160 people with a dance floor for a buffet meal. This function room has natural daylight and air conditioning and a private bar. It is located on the Ground floor of the hotel and it does have level entry. The Kenwood Suite can be divided into 3 seperate function rooms, with the following capacities: Kenwood East - 90 delegates threatre style, Kenwood Central - 90 delegates threatre style and Kenwood West - 50 people theatre style.
