When it's time to unwind, do so in style at our Spindles Folkestone Health Club & Gym. Spindles can reduce your stress, calm your mind and improve your health and fitness.
Relax in the indoor heated swimming pool, or simply take it easy in the sauna. If you enjoy a more strenuous workout, our fully equipped gymnasiums offer a range of equipment to suit both aerobic and anaerobic exercise. With trained professionals, Spindles offers you the chance to keep fit, relax and socialise. Adults only between 12.30 to 14.00 daily.

Prices
Per Session:- £4.00 for an adult and £2.00 for a
child.
Gold Card (allows access to the Spindles Leisure Club for
up to one week):- £10.00 for an adult and £5.00 for a child.
Towels are available for hire at a cost of £1.00.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an
adult and are not permitted in the gymnasium.
Please note, Pamper Break treatment discounts are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
Memberships
Spindles Membership is available for non-residents
from just £20 per month (paid by
Direct Debit) which includes:
- No Joining Fee
- No Contract
