Along with the above room sizes and capacities, to make things easier, we have put together a description of the more popular rooms.
The Europa Suite
This is the largest function suite, located on the Ground floor of the hotel and is capable of accommodating up to 170 people Theatre style and up 110 people for Banquets including a dance floor. The Europa Suite is the ideal venue for wedding receptions and dinner dances and features an exclusive bar. Included in the room is ADSL Internet access, a telephone socket and air conditioning.
The Silk Suite
The smaller of our main function suites is located on the First floor and has a capacity of 90 for a Banquet. It is commonly used for wedding ceremonies, moderate size conferences and smaller wedding receptions. Included in the room is ADSL Internet access as is air conditioning, a telephone socket and a cocktail bar outside the room.
The Boardroom
Situated on the Ground floor of the hotel it has a capacity of 18 people. The room is solely used for board meetings. In this room there is ADSL Internet access available along with air conditioning and a telephone socket.
The Ash Suite
Situated on the First floor adjacent to the restaurant, The Ash is one of our most popular rooms, commonly used for first aid training courses due to its generous floor space but also a favourite for small private dining events with a capacity of 30 people. The room includes a telephone socket.
The Pine Room
Situated on the First floor adjoining the restaurant, the Pine is most commonly used as a breakfast meeting and private dining room. It has a capacity of 30 people. As it connects to the restaurant, it allows delegates to collect their food from the buffet and return to their own private room. ADSL Internet is available in the room along with a telephone socket and air conditioning.
Syndicates One & Two
Located on the Ground floor behind reception, Syndicates One & Two can accomodate up to 10 people each and feature ADSL Internet access. There is also one telephone socket in each syndicate room.
Syndicate Four
This room is located on the First floor and can also accomodate 10 people. ADSL Internet access is available in the room along with a telephone socket.
The three syndicate rooms are commonly used for small business meetings and teacher collaborations.
