Situated on a mezzanine floor above the lobby, the restaurant has a high timber ceiling and large picture windows looking over a garden courtyard with a central fountain. The menu is Carvery style with a freshly cooked daily selection of entrees and whole roast joints personally carved at your request.

A great meeting place located in the hotels main lounge, adjacent to the lobby and reception. The warm, cosy room with a feature fireplace serves a wide selection of drinks and has a modern snack menu offering an informal alternative to the restaurant. The bar leads out into the secluded courtyard garden, lawn and hypnotic water feature.
