Our online hotel booking system is secure and all credit card information will be encrypted.

When customers click on a 'Prices & Booking' tab on any of the hotels to check availability or to make a hotel booking, they will see a padlock appear in the bottom left hand of the browser window which pops up. Depending on the customer's computer set up, they may also see a box which appears on they're screen alerting them that they will be viewing pages over a secure connection.

If a customer clicks on the padlock on the hotel booking page which pops up, they will see the details of the Security Certificate for the booking system.


To protect customer's privacy, Britannia Hotels employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts information before it is sent over the Internet.  Any information provided during the booking process is protected by this encryption. Personal information collected during the booking process will not be shared with any third party.

Any data we collect from a form the customer submits to our site, this will not be shared with third parties.

We would like to keep customer's informed of our latest news and special offers and may send these electronically. When registering for marketing emails we will collect some mandatory information including: Title, First Name, Last Name and your Email Address. The customer may also be asked to provide other information regarding they're subscription preferences. We will also collect data when they make a booking on our website.

Our marketing emails will include details of our latest offers and may be personalised based on the data we collect about the customer.

All information we collect will be stored on secure servers. No information we collect will be shared with 3rd party companies.

To unsubscribe from receiving future email marketing activities, the customer would need to click the unsubscribe link which is located at the bottom of each email.
